The airport is 20–25 km from central Tel Aviv — about 20–25 minutes in normal traffic. What matters is what happens at each end of that drive.
At the airport
The driver waits at Terminal 3. Send the flight number and the landing date when you book, and the meeting point is agreed in the same thread before you take off. If several people land on different flights, say so and the pickup is planned around the last one.
Published fares
Tel Aviv and Jerusalem have published bands on this site: ₪250–300 for the city and ₪350–400 for Jerusalem's centre, both including VAT and two standard bags. For Bat Yam, Holon, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Bnei Brak, Petah Tikva, Herzliya, Ra'anana, Ramla and Lod the fare is quoted when you order, because the address and the hour change the answer.
Before you travel
Send the pickup address, the destination, the date and the local time, the passengers and the suitcases. Availability and a total fare come back to you. A ride is confirmed only once that reply arrives.

In the Terminal 3 arrivals hall. The exact meeting point is agreed in the booking thread, so there is no searching at the kerb.
What if my flight is delayed?
The pickup follows the flight number you gave us, not the clock. Tell us if the delay is long enough to change the plan.
