What this site is
An information site for booking transfers between Ben Gurion Airport and Tel Aviv and the metro-ring cities. It contains no online booking system.
How a booking is made
A booking is made in a call or a message, and only once we confirm it. Nothing on this site forms a binding transaction.
Prices
The price is given before the ride and relates to the route, the passenger count and the number of bags you told us about. A change of destination or of extras creates a new price, agreed before the ride.
Changes and cancellations
As a rule you can change or cancel at no cost up to the point where a driver is committed. If the driver is already on the way there may be a charge — we will always tell you first.
Liability
We do our best to arrive on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, security incidents or decisions by authorities.
Jurisdiction
Use of this site is governed by Israeli law.
