Hotel to hotel, luggage included
Changing hotels in the middle of a trip is a small logistical problem with one large component: the luggage has to be somewhere while you check out and check in.
The gap between check-out and check-in
Most hotels release a room in the afternoon and want the previous one back in the morning. That gap is a ride with the cases in the boot, or a stop somewhere with them — either is fine if it is in the plan.
Two lobbies, two entrances
Send both hotel names and both street details. Some city-centre hotels take cars at a side entrance, and knowing that on both ends is what makes a ten-minute ride a ten-minute ride.
And on to the airport
Often the last hotel move is the airport one. If so, treat it as a flight: send the hour, the flight number and the case count, and it is planned like the rest of the trip.
Questions
Can you store cases between hotels?
No — but the ride can include a stop where they stay with you. Say what you need and it is part of the plan.
Do you collect from the lobby?
Yes, when the guest name and the hour are sent. The driver comes in rather than waiting outside.
