Markets, and the corner where the car can stop
Market streets are the one place in the city where the address and the drop-off point are two different things, and only one of them works.
The right corner
Carmel Market, Nachalat Binyamin and the streets around them close to through traffic on market days. The drop-off is the nearest street the car can legally reach, and that corner is worth agreeing before you get in.
Coming back loaded
The way home matters more than the way there: shopping bags, a plant, a box that will not fit on a bus. A pre-booked pickup at an agreed corner turns that into a two-minute operation.
Sarona and the malls
Sarona and the larger shopping centres have car parks and vehicle access, which makes them the easy version of this trip — the name of the complex plus the entrance level is enough.
Questions
Can the car enter the market street?
Usually not on market days. The drop-off is the closest legal street, agreed in the booking.
Can we be collected with shopping bags?
Yes. Say what you are carrying so the boot space is planned rather than discovered.
