For visitors, in plain language
If you have just landed and the phone in your pocket is on a foreign SIM, the simplest path is a WhatsApp message with four lines in it.
The four lines
Pickup address, destination, date and local time. Add the passenger and suitcase counts and, for an arrival, the flight number. That is the whole form — there is no account to create and no app to install.
How the fare works
The published bands are on the site — airport ₪250–300, airport to Jerusalem ₪350–400, Tel Aviv to Jerusalem ₪450 — and everything else is quoted when you order, based on the address and the hour. Nothing is added afterwards.
Paying
Cash or card at the end of the ride. Nothing is charged up front, and no card details are requested through this site.
Questions
Do I need to speak Hebrew?
No. Messages and calls are handled in Hebrew and English.
Is a request a confirmed booking?
No. The ride is confirmed when availability and the fare come back to you in the same conversation.
